Job summary

Fidelity Investments is seeking an Audit Senior Analyst for its Risk Management team. This role is onsite as Fidelity transitions to a full-time onsite model by region and role.

You will perform independent audit and advisory work to manage risk and improve performance, collaborating with cross‑functional teams. Ideal candidates have a BA/BS in Accounting or Finance, CPA/CIA/CISA preferred, and 3–5 years of external/internal audit experience, preferably in financial services.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, or related field of study.
• Professional audit certifications (CPA, CIA, CISA) preferred.
• 3-5 years of audit experience in financial services or related field.

Responsibilities

• Perform audits to assess internal controls and risk.
• Develop hypotheses around risk and controls for audit plans.
• Draft audit reports with issues, implications, and management action plans.
• Collaborate with business and technology management to understand complex functions.
• Leverage data analytics to identify control deficiencies.
