Qualifications

• 5 years of experience
• 4-year degree
• CPA
• Experience serving clients in commercial, manufacturing, healthcare or technology
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting required, master’s or advanced degree desired
• Five (5) + years’ experience providing financial statement auditing services in a professional services firm desired
• Two (2) + years of supervisory experience, mentoring and counseling associates desired
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship preferred

Responsibilities

• Be a trusted member of the engagement team providing assurance and consulting services to middle market clients
• Proactively engaging with clients to understand business goals and challenges
• Managing fieldwork to ensure quality and timely delivery of results
• Provide financial statement guidance and business recommendations based on testing and information
• Develop leadership skills and contribute to team growth and client service
