Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in accounting.
• Valid CPA license and membership in good standing with the AICPA.
• Five or more years of progressive public accounting experience, including supervising teams and managing audit engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple audit, review, and compilation engagements from planning through completion, including internal control documentation and financial statement prep.
• Manage engagement schedules, budgets, deadlines, and deliverables with high client service standards.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop team members through feedback, coaching, and training.
• Build and nurture strong client relationships and coordinate delivery of audit, accounting, and other services.
• Identify and assess internal control weaknesses; perform testing and analysis, including statistical sampling when applicable.
• Research and resolve technical accounting and auditing matters and communicate solutions to partners and clients.
• Collaborate with managers, partners, and service teams to address client needs and support engagement delivery.
• Participate in planning, closing, and committee meetings as a key audit team member.
• Support proposals, business development calls, and expansion of services to existing clients.
• Perform a broad range of accounting and assurance duties as needed.
