MBE CPAs is seeking an Audit / Assurance Manager to lead client relationships and audit financial records in accordance with GAAP. You will analyze records, identify issues, and present solutions while mentoring staff and managing engagements.

You will build and sustain client relationships, communicate findings, and provide recommendations for financial and tax needs. The role offers onsite or hybrid work with strong growth opportunities within a growing Phoenix-based firm.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of audit experience at a public accounting firm.
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting is required.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing client financial records to identify accounting issues and researching solutions.
• Training, mentoring and managing team members in audit processes.
• Building and strengthening client relationships while understanding clients' businesses.
