Candidates should have 5+ years of auditing experience; CPA strongly preferred or active candidacy. Responsibilities include leading audits and related services, mentoring staff, and delivering strategic process improvements while upholding the highest ethical standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years auditing experience (preferred).
• CPA (Strongly Preferred) or active candidacy for CPA License.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial statement audits, reviews, compilations, and special projects.
• Address accounting, financial statement, and reporting issues using relevant professional guidance.
• Provide strategic recommendations for process improvements based on knowledge of client operations.
• Mentor staff through effective coaching and guidance.
• Evaluate engagement performance and enhance internal processes.
• Demonstrate collaborative team skills, positive attitude, and high ethical standards.
