Job summary

The role focuses on providing industry-focused audit and assurance services to middle-market clients, collaborating with firm leadership, and developing staff while driving quality and timely delivery of engagements.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree CPA required.
• 5 years of experience in financial statement auditing.
• Experience in food/beverage/agriculture industry preferred.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership and client service skills.

Responsibilities

• Be a trusted member of the engagement team providing assurance and consulting services.
• Proactively engage with clients to understand goals and challenges.
• Manage fieldwork to ensure quality service and timely delivery of results.
• Provide financial statement guidance and business recommendations.
• Deliver insights through review and analysis.
• Assist with engagement staffing, billing, and profitability targets.
• Support team growth through Baker Tilly Care and Teach program.
