Qualifications

• 4-year degree required and CPA eligible.
• CPA certification is preferred.
• Three years of experience providing assurance/auditing services in a professional services firm.
• Experience with ICP or FBA industries is a plus.
• Strong leadership, communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Be a trusted member of the engagement team providing assurance and consulting services to industry-specific clients.
• Proactively engage with clients throughout the year to gather information and respond to questions.
• Plan and supervise execution of audit engagement activities.
• Review and perform substantive testing on balance sheets and income statements.
• Assess internal controls and provide improvement recommendations.
• Discuss business recommendations with managers and partners based on testing outcomes.
• Participate in firm-wide learning and development programs.
