Job summary

Baker Tilly, a leading CPA advisory firm, is seeking an Audit Manager in the ENR/FBA space to join our Fresno, CA office on a hybrid schedule. You will lead engagement teams, deliver industry‑focused audit and assurance services to middle‑market clients, and collaborate with firm leadership to grow the business.

Successful candidates bring a 4‑year degree and a CPA, with at least five years of public accounting experience; supervisory experience and industry knowledge are a plus.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree; CPA required or preferred.
• Five (5) years of experience in public accounting.
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Food/beverage/agriculture industry experience preferred.
• Two (2)+ years supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Be a trusted member of the engagement team delivering assurance and consulting services.
• Engage with clients to understand goals and challenges throughout the year.
• Manage fieldwork to ensure quality and timely delivery of results.
• Provide financial statement guidance and business recommendations.
• Develop staff and contribute to firm learning and development.
