Mangrum Career Solutions LLC client, a growing CPA firm, is seeking an Audit Manager to lead and manage multiple audit and review engagements across various industries. You will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding business and process improvements for privately held companies.

Responsibilities include planning engagements, applying GAAP/GAAS, coordinating services across client groups, and mentoring staff.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of audit and review experience with privately held and not-for-profit organizations.
• Active CPA license.
• Strong communication, analytical, and project management skills.
• Professionalism, integrity, and dedication to outstanding client service.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Experience with Knowledge Coach and Engagement software a plus.
• Primarily local travel within the Phoenix metro area.

Responsibilities

• Managing and planning audit and review engagements.
• Applying technical knowledge of GAAP and GAAS to research and resolve accounting issues.
• Coordinating services across client family groups to deliver exceptional client experiences.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Supervising, training, and mentoring associates.
• Participating in networking and business development activities.
• Earning financial incentives for referrals and business growth.
