Job summary

Insite US is seeking an experienced CPA Audit Manager to lead engagements for affordable housing clients nationwide, delivering high-quality audits with direct access to Partners. You will mentor staff, guide technical delivery, and help shape strategy for the practice.

You will work with developers, owners, investors, and organisations driving affordable housing nationwide, taking on a leadership role in engagements and client management while advancing to senior leadership levels.

Qualifications

• CPA License is required.
• 5+ years in public accounting.
• Experience mentoring and developing staff.
• Strong client communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage audit engagements for affordable housing developers, owners, investors and related organisations.
• Mentor and develop staff on engagements and in the department.
• Collaborate with Partners and senior leadership to shape project direction and deliver high-quality reports.
• Manage client relationships and ensure timely, accurate deliverables with strong risk management.
