Job summary

SR Staffing seeks a CPA-licensed Audit Manager for a regional CPA firm in Lincolnshire, IL. The role splits time between in-office work and client site visits, with a focus on career growth toward upper management.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in financial statement auditing and at least 2 years of supervisory experience, with a Bachelor's in accounting; a Masters is preferred. This position offers an exceptional team environment and work-life balance.

Qualifications

• CPA required.
• Five+ years of experience providing financial statement auditing services.
• Two+ years of supervisory experience, mentoring and counseling associates.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting required; master's or advanced degree desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead audit engagements for client portfolios, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Supervise and mentor audit staff, review workpapers and findings.
• Coordinate with clients on complex accounting issues and issues resolution.
• Plan, execute and report on audits from planning through final report.

Our client is a well-established Regional CPA Firm who are performing a select search for a talented a CPA-Licensed Audit Manager to join their team at their headquarters in Lincolnshire, IL. Weekly Schedule will be split between in-office work and client site visits.
