Job summary

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an Audit Manager / Senior Audit Manager for a well-established public accounting firm in Greater Cleveland, Ohio. This role will lead audits and assurance engagements, manage client relationships, and mentor staff across manufacturing, real estate, nonprofit, and professional services clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting
• 5+ years of public accounting audit experience
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong technical accounting and auditing knowledge
• Recent public accounting experience required

• Manage and review audits, reviews, and compilations for a variety of clients
• Lead engagement teams and oversee audit planning, execution, and delivery
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service
