Job description

Auditing duties include, but are not limited to:

1. Counting items in convenience stores during operating hours, counting quickly and accurately while maintaining the organization of inventory.
2. Must be mindful of customers and employees also in the same workspace.
3. Will be required to count items inside a walk-in cooler for periods of at least 1 hour.
4. Generate reporting of inventory discrepancies and recount specific items. Assisting manager with updating retail price tags.
5. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements:

1. Basic math skills (i.e., counting, addition, and subtraction).
2. Accurately follow directions, both written and verbal.
3. Able to work with little to no supervision.
4. Must be at least 18+ years old.

Physical Requirements:

1. Ability to work in both hot and cold temperature conditions.
2. Comfortable working in a refrigerated walk-in cooler.
3. Ability to lift 50 lbs and work standing for 7+ hours.
4. Able to walk, stand, bend, squat/stoop, climb, reach, crouch, and kneel throughout the workday.

Preferred:

1. Management experience.
2. Two years of related experience in a warehouse and/or inventory-related position.
3. Knowledge of methods and techniques of inventory maintenance.
4. Familiarity using a PC including intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office and the Internet.
5. Experience with inventory software.

Part time/ Tuesday & Thursday/ 8-10 hours per day (Starting at 6am)

Job Type: Part-time.

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour.

Schedule:

1. 8 hour shift.

Work Location: In person. 12 different locations throughout Portland, Gresham, Beaverton and 1 location in Vancouver.
