You’ll gain hands-on experience on real engagements, mentorship from managers and Partners, and exposure to clients across industries including construction, manufacturing, and real estate.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in accounting, with graduation expected [date range].
• Working toward CPA exam eligibility
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Clear written and verbal communication
• Proficiency in Excel and comfort learning new technology
• Willingness to travel to client sites and between offices within the cluster

Responsibilities

• Assist with audit, review, and compilation engagements for privately held businesses, financial institutions, governmental entities, and other organizations
• Perform testing on account balances and transactions, and document your work in audit software
• Prepare workpapers, reconciliations, and supporting schedules
• Help gather and organize client information, both on-site and remotely
• Participate in team meetings, trainings, and client interactions
