Ideal candidates are pursuing accounting degrees, working toward CPA eligibility, with strong attention to detail, solid communication skills, and comfort with Excel. Travel to client sites and between cluster offices is expected.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in accounting with graduation expected.
• Working toward CPA exam eligibility
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Clear written and verbal communication
• Proficiency in Excel and comfort learning new technology
• Willingness to travel to client sites and between offices within the cluster

Responsibilities

• Assist with audit, review, and compilation engagements for privately held businesses, financial institutions, governmental entities, and other organizations
• Perform testing on account balances and transactions, and document your work in audit software
• Prepare workpapers, reconciliations, and supporting schedules
• Help gather and organize client information, both on-site and remotely
• Participate in team meetings, trainings, and client interactions
