Job summary

PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) seeks an Audit Intern to gain exposure to financial statement audits and client support activities within our Assurance practice. You will perform basic tasks, learn PwC methodologies, and contribute to project goals in a learning-focused environment.

You will observe and participate in audits, apply GAAP/GAAS concepts, and engage in data analysis to support financial reporting. Up to 20% travel may apply as part of the internship experience.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or completed Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA overall.
• Eligible to sit for CPA exam in your intended state.

Responsibilities

• Support audit teams on financial statement audits.
• Review and verify financial documents for compliance with standards.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide insights.
• Document audit processes and findings for records.
• Learn GAAP and GAAS in audit tasks.
• Collaborate with team to monitor risks and controls.
• Develop commercial awareness and support client interactions.
