Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting with a 3.0 GPA minimum.
• Fluent in Japanese and English (business level).
• Eligible to sit for the CPA exam in your intended state.
• Typically a junior or near-graduate in a four-year/five-year program at application time.

Responsibilities

• Support audit teams in conducting financial statement audits for Japanese clients.
• Review and verify financial documents for accuracy and compliance with GAAP/GAAS.
• Assist in applying GAAP/GAAS during audit processes.
• Engage in data analysis to identify financial trends and insights.
• Document audit processes and findings to maintain transparency and integrity.
• Collaborate with team members to address issues and manage risks.
