Forvis Mazars, LLP is offering winter and summer internship opportunities in assurance, tax, or a combination of the two. Internships may be part-time or full-time, spanning January–April and June–August.

Interns will assist with audit testing, data analysis, and drafting comments while learning from senior staff and partners. Applicants should be working toward CPA Exam eligibility, maintain at least a 3.0 GPA, and have reliable transportation to attend off-site meetings.

Qualifications

• Satisfactory academic performance in major-related coursework is expected.
• Intern candidates must be working toward CPA Exam eligibility.
• Interns must maintain a minimum cumulative overall GPA of 3.0.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from your assigned office and be able to attend off-site meetings.

Responsibilities

• Completing audit testing on financial statement accounts such as cash, accounts payable, or fixed assets
• Working with client personnel to reconcile account differences and analyze financial data
• Helping to draft management letter comments and the audit report
• Participating in client meetings alongside Forvis Mazars partners and managers
