Forvis Mazars, LLP invites internship candidates in accounting to gain hands-on experience across audit or tax engagements. You will work with senior staff on client engagements, developing your technical skills and professional judgment in a collaborative environment.

Internships are available in assurance, tax, or a combination of both, and can be part-time or full-time. Winter internships run January through April; summer internships typically run June through August.

Qualifications

• Pursuing CPA eligibility.
• Minimum cumulative GPA 3.0 for internship eligibility.
• Academic performance in major coursework expected.

Responsibilities

• Perform audit testing on financial statement accounts (cash, AP, fixed assets).
• Collaborate with client personnel to reconcile differences and analyze data.
• Assist in drafting management letter comments and audit reports.
• Attend client meetings with partners and managers.
