Job summary

Responsibilities include assisting in audits, reviewing financial documents, performing data analysis, documenting processes, and applying GAAP and GAAS. Up to 20% travel; CPA eligibility encouraged.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or completed Bachelor's degree in Accounting with GPA >= 3.0.
• Eligible to sit for CPA exam in intended state of employment.
• Typically third year of a four-year program or fourth year of a five-year program.

Responsibilities

• Support audit teams in financial statement audits and GAAP/GAAS applications.
• Review financial documents to ensure transparency and compliance.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide insights.
• Document audit processes and findings for records.
• Apply GAAP/GAAS in audit tasks.
• Collaborate with team to monitor financial trends and risk.
• Evaluate internal controls and identify improvements.
• Use data analysis to support audit processes and reporting.
• Learn from experienced auditors and client interactions.
