Responsibilities

• Abstracts moderate to highly complex data and records per definitions and guidelines.
• Determines validity of abstracted data and questions discrepancies before submission.
• Tracks data accuracy and timeliness according to guidelines.
• Maintains confidentiality and communicates clearly with teams.
