Premier Group is seeking a full-time Audit Engagement Lead - Auditor to join our Hyattsville, MD team. The role focuses on leading nonprofit/government audits, mentoring staff, and delivering high-quality engagements for diverse clients.

Qualifications

• : 3+ years of nonprofit/government external financial audit experience.
• - 2+ years leading engagements in compliance with the CFR and GAGAS.
• - Strong written, verbal, organizational, and time-management skills.
• - Ability to manage multiple engagements and priorities effectively.

Responsibilities

• :Supervise and train staff auditors and lead onsite client engagements.
• - Manage engagements from planning to completion and ensure regulatory compliance.
• - Identify opportunities for operational improvements and communicate findings clearly.
• - Maintain ongoing professional development to stay current with auditing standards.
• - Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members.
