Eb CPA is seeking an Audit Engagement Manager to lead full-scope engagements from planning through issuance, ensuring quality, timing, and client commitments.

You will work directly with firm leadership on review standards, risk management, and delivery decisions, while coaching staff and maintaining thorough documentation and review-ready files.

Seasonal tax review responsibilities may be required, with compensation aligned to experience and performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of public accounting experience leading audit, review, and compilation engagements.
• Demonstrated engagement leadership and supervisory accountability.
• Clear, professional client communication and ability to manage multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead audit, review, and compilation engagements from planning through issuance.
• Establish timelines, assign work, and monitor progress against engagement milestones.
• Review workpapers and financial statements for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with firm standards.
• Coach staff, reinforce documentation quality, and maintain review-ready files that meet inspection standards.
• Manage client communication, status updates, and deliverable expectations throughout the engagement.
• Identify risks early and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Provide seasonal tax review and preparation coverage as needed.
