• Mentor A&A associates and support their growth.
• Build and maintain excellent client relationships through communication and service.
• Demonstrate leadership in project management, analytics, and QA.
• Identify and support business development opportunities and firm growth initiatives.
• Collaborate with firm leadership to ensure engagement quality and client satisfaction.
