• Commercial and Nonprofit audit experience required.
• Proven leadership and staff-development abilities.
• Strong project management, analytical, and communication skills.
• Business development experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting; Master’s preferred; CPA license required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage audit engagements across commercial and nonprofit clients.
• Oversee, mentor, and develop A&A associates to support long-term team success.
• Deliver exceptional client service while managing multiple projects and timelines.
• Strengthen client relationships through proactive communication and industry insight.
• Collaborate with leadership on business development initiatives and proposals.
• Ensure audit quality and compliance with professional standards.
• Support the growth of the practice through operational excellence and leadership.
