Job summary

Tyson Foods, located in Springdale, Arkansas, is seeking a Manager Audit - Data Analytics to develop data analytics and automation solutions for the Internal Audit function. The role focuses on strategic capability development and supports audits across operations, corporate, IT and international areas.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in data analytics, strong SQL and Power BI skills, CPA/CIA preferred, and a track record of building analytics in audit procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, technology, or related field.
• CPA and/or CIA preferred.
• Experience with SAP products and Teammate is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create risk-focused data analytics and automation solutions for the Audit Service team.
• Develop policy-driven reporting to reduce manual audit testing.
• Build visualizations and reports highlighting risks and anomalies.
• Collaborate with IT and functional teams to ensure data value and accuracy.
• Support analytics in audits, including on-site areas and special projects.
• Mentor data champions within the audit team and promote data skills.
