Qualifications

• Predicted undergraduate or graduate degree in Accounting with a strong academic record.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 (4.0 scale), preference for 3.2 or higher.
• Meet CPA licensure requirements and have a plan to pass the CPA exam.
• Willing to work in a hybrid model with 40–60% in-person collaboration.
• Willing to travel and work extra hours when necessary.
• Reliable transportation; driver's license recommended.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship.
• For Government & Public Sector roles, U.S. citizenship and potential security clearance.
