Job Title: Coordinator, Customer Account Services

Job Summary:

This position assists the supervisor in billing and collection activities across various business units. Responsibilities include monitoring department quality and productivity, supporting the administrative team, and resolving complex billing and collection disputes. The role involves recommending and implementing process improvements, interacting with customers, vendors, and outside companies, coaching employees on strategies and resolutions, and monitoring customer accounts to reduce bad debt and ensure payment compliance. The incumbent evaluates areas for improvement to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Job Responsibilities:
  1. Contact customers and vendors to gather inquiry details, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  2. Collaborate with the administrative team to ensure proper procedures are followed and controls are in place.
  3. Partner with various departments to resolve payment and billing issues.
  4. Participate in implementing new or improved processes for proper usage and adherence.
  5. Communicate operational instructions to the processing team.
  6. Support customers by addressing billing issues and providing reports.
  7. Oversee daily workflow and make adjustments as necessary.
Job Requirements:
  • U.S. citizen or authorized to work in the U.S.
  • No visa sponsorship is provided.
  • Must be located in the same geographic area as the job or willing to relocate.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or current TFF employee with TFF experience.
  • Associate's Degree in Business or a related field.
  • Flexible travel schedule.
