• Participates in a structured on-the-job training program.
• Becomes familiar with BDO specific audit methodology.
• Provides support functions to the audit staff.
• Communicates with clients' customers concerning audit issues.
• Prepares and documents work in working papers.
• Contributes ideas/opinions to the audit teams.
• Completes an accounting or audit related research project.
