Qualifications

• Interest in a career in audit, assurance, or public accounting.
• Intention to pursue CPA licensure preferred.
• Strong academic performance.
• Previous accounting or internship experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with substantive audit procedures and testing.
• Prepare and document audit workpapers.
• Review financial information to identify trends or inconsistencies.
• Participate in walkthroughs of financial and operational processes.
• Learn about internal controls, risk assessment, and financial reporting.
• Work with associates, senior associates, managers, and other professionals on client engagements.
• Ask questions, receive feedback, and develop technical and professional skills.
• Participate in training, networking, and professional development opportunities.
• Build experience with AI, automation, and data analytics tools used in accounting.
