Join our Audit + Assurance team to work with clients across industries, learn GAAP and auditing standards, and grow under the guidance of Seniors, Supervisors, Managers, and Partners. A bachelor’s in accounting and 0–2 years of related experience align with our entry level roles.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in accounting from a four-year college or university.
• 0 to 2 years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong teamwork and clear communication are valued; familiarity with GAAP is expected to develop further.

Responsibilities

• Learns and assists audit professionals under direction of Seniors, Supervisors, Manager, Senior Managers and Partners.
• Becomes familiar with the firm's policies and procedures including workpaper preparation, audit, and accounting procedures, and documentation and testing of internal controls.
• Keeps current on technical issues and learns to apply them to client circumstances.
• Becomes proficient in the use of the Firm’s technology and research tools.
• Begins to develop a command of GAAP and generally accepted auditing standards.
