Qualifications

• CPA license or eligible
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Organizational skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Perform assigned assurance procedures, including audits, reviews, compilations, and agreed-upon procedures
• Reconcile workpapers to trial balance and maintain neat, complete documentation
• Understand GAAP, GAAS and other financial reporting frameworks
• Determine scope of testing, select samples, and demonstrate audit skepticism
• Prepare and review draft financial statements; identify potential issues
• Understand control deficiencies and document items for management communication
• Manage workloads across multiple engagements with supervisor guidance
• Meet annual billable hour targets and collaborate with team during meetings
