Sensiba LLP is hiring an Audit Associate for Fall 2027 in Bend, OR. This role supports all phases of audits, reviews, and attest engagements, performing detailed testing and evaluating controls. You will work with engagement teams, grow technically, and pursue CPA licensure in a collaborative environment.

The position targets individuals beginning their public accounting career, offering training, mentorship, and meaningful client work from day one. Competitive compensation applies.

Qualifications

• Enrolled or pursuing degree in accounting with CPA eligibility.
• Strong analytical and detail-oriented approach required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning audit engagements by gathering client background and industry knowledge.
• Perform substantive procedures and audit testing across major accounts.
• Support testing of internal controls, including walkthroughs and documenting findings.
• Prepare organized workpapers to support audit conclusions per firm policies.
• Perform analytical procedures to identify trends and potential risks.
• Maintain and organize working papers and schedules for engagement teams.
• Build positive client relationships through reliability and confidentiality.
• Support on-site or virtual fieldwork as needed.
