Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting from an accredited institution.
• Must meet educational requirements to obtain CPA license upon hire.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• 0–1 year of related experience is acceptable; internships or academic experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support audit and assurance engagements while developing an understanding of clients’ businesses, industries, financial reporting processes, and assurance needs.
• Perform audit procedures, including gathering and analyzing financial information, substantive testing and control testing.
• Prepare clear workpapers documenting procedures, evidence, results, and conclusions in accordance with firm methodologies and standards.
• Use firm-approved audit, data analysis, workflow, and collaboration technologies to complete assigned work.
• Collaborate with engagement team members and clients to obtain information, resolve routine questions, and maintain documentation.
• Complete assigned work accurately and on time, communicating progress and issues promptly.
• Apply coaching to strengthen technical knowledge, professional judgment, and client service.
• Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and commitment to quality and client service.
• Maintain confidentiality of client and firm information and exercise sound professional judgment.
• Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
