Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting required.
• CPA license preferred or CPA-eligible with plan to pass.
• Prior audit experience preferred.
• Experience with financial, operational or system audits desirable.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Work as a member of an engagement team serving clients in various industries.
• Participate and lead all phases of an audit, review or compilation, including planning, control analysis and testing.
• Prepare and review financial statements, workpapers, audit programs, and management reports.
• Review, assess and analyze client internal controls.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies and problems that may arise.
• Maintain active communication with engagement team and clients on risk, expectations and deadlines.
