Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.
• 150 credit hours required to sit for the CPA exam.
• 0-1 years of work experience in public accounting.
• Demonstrated leadership experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Document and test client internal controls.
• Analyze client accounts and financial statements through risk assessment procedures, internal control testing, substantive procedures and analytics.
• Engage in and assist in client interviews, primarily relating to key controls and specific account analysis.
• Research and develop solutions to technical issues related to the client's business or proposals.
• Supervise, train, and mentor new associates and interns on audit processes.
• Plan work in appropriate priorities and sequences.
• Proactively communicate with management regarding work status, schedule requests, and time/budget variances.
