Job summary

Weaver’s Audit Administration Support team is seeking an Administrative Assistant to aid the Audit practice by ensuring client deliverables meet firm guidelines. The role includes typing, formatting, reporting, and day-to-day office duties such as mail, budgeting, and invoice submission, requiring professionalism with clients.

We are looking for someone organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multi-tasking, with 1+ year of administrative experience and strong written and verbal communication.

Position Summary

Weaver’s Audit Administration Support team is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join their team. The Audit Administrative Assistant provides administrative support to the Audit practice by ensuring all client deliverables comply with the Firm’s best practice and quality & risk management guidelines, which includes typing correspondence, formatting and generating reports. They will also handle day to day operations of their office including but not limited to: distributing incoming mails, preparing outgoing mail, printing, budgeting/finance duties, and submitting invoices. The Audit Administrative Assistant will interact with clients via telephone and in-person, therefore we require professionalism in presentation and communication. We are looking for someone who is a team player, organized, and has high attention to detail.

Education And Skills
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1 + years administrative experience

Annual Base Pay Range in California: $55,000 to $65,000
