Description

This is an exciting opportunity to work for one of the top law firms in the U.S.! Davis Wright Tremaine LLP is looking for an Audiovisual and Concierge Support Technician to join our team in our Seattle office.

This position is responsible for providing client service-minded support for the firm's audiovisual technology and dedicated spaces. Responsibilities include maintaining equipment, supporting meeting platforms, assisting with room setup/tear down, and ensuring successful meetings and events. The role also involves managing supplies, communicating with vendors and clients, and supporting the concierge team. Customer service skills and the ability to work independently and in a team are essential.

On a typical day you will:
  • Assist with testing and operating audiovisual equipment and conferencing systems
  • Set up and break down AV and network equipment in conference rooms
  • Support firm's desktop video platforms like Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and WebEx
  • Coordinate with meeting organizers to meet their needs and provide technical advice
  • Support virtual trial audio/video needs with attorneys and support staff
  • Provide AV recording and video editing services as needed
  • Maintain hardware and applications, ensuring equipment is up-to-date and functional
  • Greet clients and guests warmly
  • Support meetings on-site, including setup, support, and teardown
  • Assist visitors and staff with various requests and maintain meeting spaces
  • Respond to emails and office correspondence promptly
  • Manage room bookings and follow up for continuous improvement
  • Support other tasks like scanning, copying, and document drafting as needed

  • 1+ years' experience in AV support or related field
  • GED/High School Diploma; Bachelor's preferred
  • Customer service and troubleshooting skills
  • Attention to detail and quality
  • Ability to handle stressful situations calmly
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with conference calls, webcasts, PowerPoint, etc. (preferred)
  • Availability for non-business hours support

Additional Details

The annual salary range in Washington State is $58,000 to $66,000, with actual pay based on experience and qualifications. Benefits include bonuses, insurance options, flexible spending accounts, paid time off, holidays, and employee assistance programs.
