Job summary

Northland Hearing Centers, Inc. is seeking an Audiology Technician in Connecticut to support licensed clinicians, manage front-desk duties, and assist with hearing testing, device cleaning, and patient care. This role emphasizes a positive Patient Journey experience and accurate data entry.

You will coordinate appointments, help with referrals and billing, and may travel to multiple clinic locations while following state laws and ensuring patient privacy.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of customer service/patient care experience and/or one year of office management.
• Ability to develop knowledge of software systems including Excel, Word, and Sycle.net.
• Good problem solving, analytical abilities, communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage all confidential information with complete discretion.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a positive patient experience by greeting and assisting guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Check patients in/out of patient management software and maintain reports.
• Direct and answer calls in a timely, professional fashion.
• Schedule and confirm audiometric evaluations and other appointments.
• Support marketing initiatives for the clinic and assist with referrals and data for billing.
