Job summary

Cochlear Americas seeks a fourth-year Audiology Extern to support the Medical Affairs team in diagnostic testing, data review, and clinical study activities. The externship is split between Rocky Mountain Ear Center in Englewood and Cochlear Americas in Lone Tree, CO, with a May/June 2026 start and a $24/hour rate.

Qualifications

Currently enrolled in an accredited 4-year audiology doctoral program.
Ability to collaborate with patients, physicians, and coworkers.
Ability to perform comprehensive audiologic evaluations on adults/pediatrics.
Experience with hearing aids.
Knowledge of hearing aid, cochlear implant and Baha fitting and use.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

Diagnostic testing and evaluations for audiologic conditions.
Support clinical affairs and medical education projects.
Prepare proposals and presentations for meetings.
Enter data and manage study records.
Provide technical support to ensure patient care.
