Job summary

Reliant Medical Group, part of the Optum family, seeks a Clinical Care Assistant - Audiology in Worcester, MA for a full-time role (38.75 hours weekly, Mon-Fri 8:30 AM–5:00 PM). You will prepare exam rooms, take health histories, perform phlebotomy and immunizations, and assist providers with in-office procedures.

Requirements include a High School Diploma/GED and proficiency with Microsoft Office and EMR systems (Epic or equivalent); CPR is preferred. Competitive benefits and pay.

Qualifications

• Required: High School Diploma or GED and proficiency with Microsoft Office and EMR software (EPIC or equivalent).
• Preferred: 1+ years of medical back-office experience and CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Prepare examination rooms and sterilize equipment.
• Room patients, obtain health history and check vital signs.
• Document patient care in EMR software.
• Perform phlebotomy, urinalysis and handle specimens.
• Administer medications and injections; assist with minor procedures.
