Cornerstone Audiology is in search of an Audiology Assistant/Service Technician to join our amazing team in Lubbock, Texas. It is an opportunity to be part of a nationally respected team of passionate people who have built a stellar reputation as the caring, trustworthy, and experienced hearing care experts in West Texas.
We’re now seeking someone who wants to join our work family, show us the commitment that we’ll show them, and be part of shaping our future in the hearing care space. From our experience, a great Cornerstone employee cares more about people than anything else, feels a duty to help others, and is often willing to go above and beyond the normal expectations to delight our patients. They truly enjoy the relationships they build with the people who walk through our door and are compelled to serve them well.
This person must possess our 4 core values: Genuine, Generous, Fun, and Diligent. When work needs to be done, they must jump in whether it is “in their job description” or not. This person must be a good teammate and step in to fill the gap when their co-worker is unable to do so. They must have a heart of gratitude and be willing to recognize the good and the blessings around them—always grateful for the opportunities before them, including another day to work in our field of helping others hear well.
In addition to these qualities, the role also involves assisting audiologists with patient care, both in the main clinic and at the service center from time to time. If this is how your co-workers and friends would describe you, we’d like to meet you!
These statements also describe the people you’ll be working with in our office. It is the kind of culture we’ve developed, and we’re absolutely committed to maintaining it. The person we hire has to be a great fit, and we’re prepared to wait until that right person comes along.
This isn’t just a job: it’s a commitment to a team, serving a real purpose, helping people stay connected with their loved ones, and enjoy life. If that appeals to you, and the above description made you say “Hey! That’s me!”, then we’d love to talk. We want to see your resume, so send that along! We are so excited to find the right fit for this position!
