Job summary

Boulder Medical Center (BMC) invites qualified candidates to join our audiology team as a full-time Audiology Assistant. You will support clinical operations, assist with hearing tests, and help patients navigate services in a friendly, patient-centered environment.

We value strong communication, detailed data entry in Excel, and familiarity with EMR systems. The role requires a Bachelor's or higher in Hearing Sciences and prior public-facing experience.

Qualifications

• Four years of public-contact experience, preferably in health care.
• Experience with patient scheduling in hospital or clinic settings is highly desired.
• Bi-lingual ability (Spanish) is a plus.
• Undergraduate/Graduate degree in Hearing Sciences.

Responsibilities

• Answer general hearing questions, including hearing aid insertion.
• Perform in-office repairs, battery checks, and cleanings.
• Enter all audiograms into the NOAH software.
• Prepare examination rooms with supplies and equipment; keep rooms neat.
• Provide basic patient care instructions as ordered by the provider.
