Job summary

Augusta ENT PC is seeking an Audiology Assistant to support hearing health across CSRA and Statesboro. The role includes training to perform hearing tests, tympanometry, balance tests, otoacoustic emissions, and Epley maneuvers for patients, working closely with the Audiologist to deliver excellent care.

The ideal candidate is a team player with strong communication, eagerness to learn, and dependability; prior clinical or customer service experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to multitask effectively and efficiently.
• Basic computer skills.
• High integrity, team player with patient service focus and flexibility.
• Previous customer service experience.
• CMA, MA, CNA, Surgical Technician (preferred).
• Previous medical and or Audiology experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide hearing tests and tympanometry under supervision.
• Perform balance tests, otoacoustic emissions, and Epley maneuvers.
• Collaborate with Audiologist to serve hearing aid patients.

Duties (summary): As an Audiology Assistant you will go through the necessary training to provide Hearing tests and Tympanometry, Balance and Otoacoustic Emissions, and Epley Maneuvers for patients. This role works closely with our Audiologist to provide the best service to our hearing aid patients as well.

Our Ideal Candidate: Team player with outstanding communication skills. An individual who is eager to learn and dependable. Prior clinical experience is a plus.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday schedule with no weekends or major holidays.
