Job summary

ENT and Allergy Associates LLP is seeking a full-time licensed Audiologist for our West Nyack office. The ideal candidate will conduct audiometric testing, counsel patients, and make recommendations for hearing aids while maintaining detailed documentation.

We offer a competitive salary between $80,000 and $110,000 annually, a lucrative bonus program, generous PTO, and comprehensive health benefits including dental and vision insurance.

• Active and current hearing aid dispensing license.

Job description

ENT and Allergy Associates is seeking a self‑motivated, people‑friendly full‑time licensed Audiologist for our West Nyack office location.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Establish rapport with and gather history from patients
• Conduct audiometric testing and counsel patients
• Make recommendations for hearing aids
• Perform diagnostic testing, including ear impressions, ear molds, and order instruments
• Program, fit, and adjust hearing aids, and assist with any adjustments, questions, or problems
• Maintain documentation and patient files
• Own assigned schedule to maximize ability to help patients hear through opportunities
• Support and coach all team members to achieve practice goals and generate opportunities

Position Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Audiology or Au.D. preferred
• Active and current hearing aid dispensing license
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Professional interaction at all times with patients, physicians, and team members
