• Establish rapport with and gather patient history
• Conduct audiometric testing and diagnostic testing
• Make ear impressions, ear molds, and order instruments
• Program, fit and adjust hearing aids
• Counsel patients and provide recommendations for hearing aids
• Maintain documentation and patient files
• Own assigned schedule to maximize patient care opportunities
• Support and coach team members to achieve practice goals

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Audiology or Au.D. (preferred)
• Active and current hearing aid dispensing license
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Professional interaction with patients, physicians, and team members
