Job summary

ENT and Allergy Associates, LLP is seeking a full-time, licensed Audiologist for our West Side office location in New York. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, people-friendly, and capable of counseling patients while building rapport as part of a multi-site ENT practice.

Salary ranges from $80,000 to $110,000 per year, with opportunities for continuous training, paid CEUs, and a comprehensive benefits package including health/dental/vision insurance and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Audiology, Au.D. preferred.
• Active and current hearing aid dispensing license.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Establish rapport with patients; conduct audiometric testing; counsel patients; and recommend hearing aids.
• Perform diagnostic testing.
• Make ear impressions, ear molds, and order instruments.
• Program hearing aids.
• Fit hearing aids and provide adjustments.
• Maintain documentation and patient files.

ENT and Allergy Associates, is seeking a full-time, self-motivated, and people-friendly licensed Audiologist for our West Side office location.

We are a large and successful, multi-site ENT practice seeking to expand our staff of audiologists in the New York and New Jersey area due to dynamic growth. If you are a Diagnostic & Dispensing audiologist, if you are driven, self-motivated, and passionate about helping patients hear well again, then this may be the opportunity you are looking for. The ideal candidate must be strong clinically and have the ability to effectively counsel while building patient rapport.

Salary: $80,000-$110,000/year

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Establish rapport with, and gather history from, patients; conduct audiometric testing; counsel patients; and make recommendations for hearing aids

• Diagnostic testing

• Make ear impressions, ear molds, and order instruments

• Program hearing aids

• Fit hearing aids and assist with any adjustments, questions or problems

• Maintain documentation and patient files

• Own assigned schedule to maximize the ability to help patients hear through opportunities

• Support and coach all team members to achieve practice goals and generation of opportunities

Position Qualifications:

Master’s Degree in Audiology, Au.D. preferred
Active and current hearing aid dispensing license
