Hearing Healthcare Recruiters, Inc. seeks an Audiologist to join an outpatient ENT clinic in Rutland, Vermont. The role covers diagnostic and rehabilitative services for a broad age range with access to advanced diagnostic resources and a collaborative team.

The position offers a competitive base salary, sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, loan repayment and a comprehensive benefits package. Vermont licensure eligibility and CCC-A/ABA certification are encouraged.

Qualifications

• Au.D. preferred; Master’s with relevant experience considered.
• Externship completed.
• 1–3 years of clinical experience preferred.
• Licensed or eligible for Vermont audiology licensure.
• CCC-A or ABA Board Certification eligible.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose auditory function using behavioral and electrophysiological tests.
• Evaluate vestibular function through clinical and electrophysiological testing.
• Counsel patients and families on hearing loss and treatment options.
• Evaluate and fit amplification devices, including osseointegrated devices for adults.
• Educate patients on hearing conservation and noise protection strategies.
