Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive hearing evaluations including tests.
• Cochlear implant candidacy evaluations, activations and mapping.
• Conduct hearing aid evaluations and tailor amplification to patients.
• Select, fit, program, and verify hearing aids using REM.
• Conduct tinnitus assessments and provide treatment recommendations.
• Educate patients and families on hearing loss, amplification and communication.
• Coordinate referrals with physicians, ENTs and other health care providers.
