Job summary

Staffing Proxy is seeking a patient-focused Audiologist or Hearing Instrument Specialist to join a well-established Albuquerque audiology practice. The role emphasizes comprehensive evaluations, hearing aid services, patient counseling, and ongoing follow-up care. The position serves adults primarily, with some pediatric cases.

Licensure in New Mexico or the ability to obtain it is required; Au.D. or Master’s in Audiology; experience with REM and audiology best practices is valued.

Qualifications

• Au.D. or Master’s in Audiology, or NM HIS license.
• Experience with hearing evaluations and fittings, REM and follow-up care.
• Licensure reimbursement and ongoing professional development offered.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive hearing evaluations for adults and occasional pediatric patients.
• Fit, program, verify, and troubleshoot hearing aids using REM and speech mapping.
• Provide counseling, education, and aural rehabilitation services.
• Deliver follow-up care and adjust devices as needed.
• Lead or participate in workshops in the in-house learning center.
